Shipping Questions
We only ship domestically within US at this time.
Most of our orders go out within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Shipping in the United States generally takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Our headquarters in Texas is central to most areas of the US.
Return Policy
We will accept back any item that is within 14 days of the order's delivery date that has not been worn or used, with tags still on item, and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in it's original packaging.
If you would like to return an item, or if there is an error on our part (due to wrong size or damage), please email us at info@sunny-summer.co and we will get it sorted out. Please do not send items without contacting us first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. SUNNY+SUMMER will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear. Shipping fees and insurance are not-refundable.
